By utilizing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. You must be at least 18 years of age or have reached legal adulthood in your region to access our Platform. By proceeding, you confirm that you satisfy this requirement. When representing an organization, you warrant that you possess the necessary authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that entity.
Certain Platform features require account registration. You commit to submitting truthful, current, and complete information during sign-up and maintaining its accuracy. You bear full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. Please alert us immediately upon discovering any unauthorized account access or suspicious activity.
Where content generated through the platform may reasonably be perceived as authentic media, users must clearly disclose that such content is AI-generated or synthetically created where appropriate.
Users may not remove or alter any watermark, labelling, or identification indicating that content was generated by artificial intelligence.
Subject to these Terms, Crano AI provides you with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access the Platform for lawful purposes. You must not utilize the Platform in ways that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
You maintain full ownership of all materials you upload, create, or generate via the Platform ("Your Content"). You accept complete responsibility for Your Content and warrant that it complies with all applicable laws and these Terms.
By uploading or generating Your Content, you grant Crano AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display Your Content solely for purposes of providing, maintaining, and enhancing the Platform.
You agree that Your Content will not:
Crano AI and its licensors retain all ownership rights in the Platform, including all software, interfaces, designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, and associated content. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest or license beyond what is explicitly stated herein.
Any comments, recommendations, or suggestions you submit regarding the Platform ("Suggestions") become the sole property of Crano AI. You waive any rights to such Suggestions and acknowledge that Crano AI may implement them without obligation or compensation to you.
Access to premium Platform features requires payment of specified fees. You agree to pay all charges associated with your selected plan. Crano AI may modify pricing structures at any time, with advance notice provided to existing users.
Crano AI reserve the right to change service prices at any time. If there are any price changes, we will notify you at least fifteen (15) days prior to the effective date of the change via the service user interface, pop-up notifications, email, or other reasonable means determined by Crano AI. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of the price change constitutes your acceptance of the modified price.
All transactions are processed through third-party payment vendors. By submitting payment details, you authorize Crano AI and its payment partners to charge your designated payment method for all applicable amounts.

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the interval specified during purchase (monthly by default if not otherwise indicated). Your payment method will be charged the then-current rate at each renewal period.
To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription no less than seven (7) days before the next billing cycle. Cancellation can be completed through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected].
After cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features through the end of your current billing period.
Given the computational resources and infrastructure costs associated with AI-powered video generation, refunds are generally not available for completed purchases or active subscriptions. We offer complimentary trial credits to enable you to test the Platform's capabilities before committing to a paid plan. We consider this trial period adequate for evaluating whether our service aligns with your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Crano AI disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from:

You agree not to seek compensation from Crano AI for any issues, losses, or damages arising from your use of our website or services.
You must ensure that your input content is lawful and compliant, and that you hold the legal right or have obtained the necessary authorization to use the data. You shall bear sole responsibility for any claims arising from uploaded content. Furthermore, you grant Crano AI a non-exclusive license to use such content within the scope of the service. Users bear full responsibility for all content generated or shared through Crano AI tools.
You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary rights, consents, and permissions from any individuals appearing in the source content (such as images or videos), including rights to their likeness. You must ensure that all uploaded source content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe upon any third party’s intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, or other lawful interests.
Crano AI reserves the right to conduct both automated and manual reviews to examine user-submitted content and generated results. If any content violates regulations or infringes upon the lawful rights and interests of third parties, Crano AI has the right to remove or block such content.
